Hubbard Public Library (HPL) serves a small town/rural population of 13,552 in northeast Ohio (Hubbard and surrounding community), with a staff of 17. The current pandemic has greatly impacted our small community, resulting in a loss of employment, families coping with remote learning, and numerous associated issues. This new program provides free educational support resources to families, with materials that facilitate learning through play.
