Rock County Community Library serves primarily the 18 cities within Rock County in the southwest corner of Minnesota, but we are a part of the Plum Creek Library system which has 26 libraries so are reach is relatively vast in the southwest Minnesota region. We are staffed with three full time librarians and have four part time support staff.
