Smith Library is one of 18 libraries within the Salt Lake County Library System. Smith is in the Millcreek region of Salt Lake County, bordering South Salt Lake. Many of our patrons reside in the more affluent Millcreek region, but the majority live in South Salt Lake, a Refugee Resettlement City with more than 30 languages spoken. That diversity is evident in our patrons; our goal is to create programming that engages this abundant diversity and appeals to a broad spectrum of our patrons.
