Amy Nofziger is the Director of Fraud Victim Support for the AARP Fraud Watch Network. With over two decades of experience in fraud prevention and victim support, she has been a leading advocate in the fight against fraud. During her tenure at AARP, Amy has overseen the AARP Fraud Watch Network Helpline, a nationwide toll-free helpline where anyone can report concerns related to fraud. She has been featured in prominent media outlets, including The New York Times, The Today Show, CBS Evening News, Live with Kelly and Mark, Wall Street Journal and Good Morning America. Her educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in criminology/sociology and a Master of Arts degree with a specialization in Leadership. Additionally, she holds the designation of Certified Fraud Examiner.

Christine Kieffer is Senior Director of the FINRA Investor Education Foundation with more than 25 years of investor education experience. She directs research and develops programs for law enforcement, victim advocates, and consumers to advance investor protection and fraud prevention initiatives. She also directs research on the intersection of aging and financial decision making and oversees the FINRA Foundation’s military financial readiness initiatives. Christine serves on advisory boards to the National Adult Protective Services Association and the Cybercrime Support Network. She earned a Bachelor of Science from Vanderbilt University with double majors in economics and mathematics and is a Certified Regulatory and Compliance Professional (CRCP®).

Tracie Wheeler is the Director of Technology, Operations and Client Experiences for Savvy Ladies. Tracie is a client service, database, and management specialist, having worked with the Girl Scouts of America, where she had proven success in developing and maintaining detailed records for members, programs and supervising teams of volunteers. Tracie is passionate about creating and managing programs that support women and their families. As the Director, Tracie manages the Savvy Ladies Free Financial Helpline and its team of professional volunteers and maintains the data management systems supporting the organization.
