Dothan Houston Library System is a three branch system, plus a bookmobile serving the 104,000 residents of Houston County in Southeast Alabama. The county's population is comprised of 16.5% seniors who are 65+. Although there are multiple senior centers throughout the county, the main branch located in downtown is a convenient central location for seniors who are unable to get to the senior centers.
