Musser Public Library serves the city of Muscatine, Iowa, a town of approximately 22,000 people located on the Mississippi River. We also serve Muscatine County residents plus residents of four rural Illinois townships just across the river. We have a full time equivalent staff of 12.25 which includes two staff members in the youth services department.
