Scotland County Memorial Library serves the citizens of Scotland County, North Carolina. The library is located in Laurinburg which is home to about half of the county citizens. Other citizens live in surrounding towns; however, there is only one library in the county to serve all citizens. It is especially important that we have outreach services.
