The Seminole County Public Library, located in Central Florida is a five-branch system, serving the 470,000+ citizens of Seminole County. The service population of the individual branches vary widely in socioeconomic levels. The North Branch which hosted the event serves a lower socioeconomic and large senior citizen population.
